Gateway Dental is now hiring a Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator in Colleyville, TX! 

 

Schedule: Monday & Wednesday 6:45 am - 4:00 pm

Tuesday & Thursday 7:15 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities

  • Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
  • Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
  • Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
  • Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
  • Presenting treatment plans
  • Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Requesting records
  • Patient follow ups
  • Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 2 or more years dental front office experience
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
