We are seeking a strategic and operationally focused Controller to lead financial operations, manufacturing accounting, reporting, controls, forecasting, and business partnership initiatives across both facilities. This role is highly visible within the organization and serves as a key partner to Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership.Â
What You’ll Do
Financial Leadership & Business Partnership
- Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities for AMP and QuantumFlo operationsÂ
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and timelinessÂ
- Prepare executive-level financial reporting packages, dashboards, variance analysis, and operational KPI reportingÂ
- Support strategic planning through budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial analysisÂ
- Partner directly with plant leadership to improve operational performance and profitabilityÂ
- Present financial results, trends, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership Â
Manufacturing & Cost Accounting
- Lead all plant accounting and manufacturing finance activities, including:Â
- Inventory valuationÂ
- Standard costingÂ
- Manufacturing variancesÂ
- Labor and overhead analysisÂ
- Margin analysisÂ
- Cycle counts and inventory controlsÂ
- Develop financial visibility into quoting, production efficiency, inventory management, and product costingÂ
- Support ERP optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operationsÂ
- Monitor working capital performance, inventory turns, and cash flow initiatives Â
Controls, Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, company policies, and audit requirementsÂ
- Coordinate internal and external auditsÂ
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and process documentationÂ
- Support operational transformation, process improvements, and business integration initiativesÂ
- Drive a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement Â
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance requiredÂ
- MBA, CPA, or CMA strongly preferredÂ
- 7–10 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience in a manufacturing environmentÂ
- Strong background in:Â
- Manufacturing accountingÂ
- Cost accountingÂ
- Inventory managementÂ
- Forecasting and budgetingÂ
- Financial analysisÂ
- ERP systemsÂ
- Multi-site manufacturing experience preferredÂ
- SAP experience strongly preferred Â
Preferred Competencies

- Lean manufacturing finance supportÂ
- Standard costing methodologiesÂ
- Inventory control and cycle count managementÂ
