Manage a staff responsible for all aspects of broad, diverse, complex projects/processes/programs for both internal and external customers.
Essential Functions
Manages at least 4 full time exempt direct reports.

Identify and coordinate daily activities of 40-60 team members; inspire your team to achieve desired results in productivity, teamwork, safety, quality, and job knowledge.

Selects, trains and develops a staff of employees with the intent of creating a culture that develops employees, motivates voluntary discretionary effort.
Serves as the business holder for business systems requirements and direct the issues related to process improvement to ensure technologies support business and customer needs.
Ensure that processes and controls are in place for proper facilitation and validation of technology changes to ensure systems function as designed.
Manage projects through the development of goals and ISO to ensure technology, management support and mindset are key supporting elements of departmental goals.
Manage the development, maintenance and application of staffing models for job functions in RSC operations.
Manages the delivery of business value by directing on-going prioritization of features and enablers, implementing business principles and ensuring production readiness of development work based on oversight of functional systems.
Assesses the RSC needs for operations, service and product improvements as required, organizes and participates in special task forces, serves on management committees and directs teams related to executes audits across the facility working closely with operations to ensure continuity.
Develops and coordinates critical contingency plans for implementation of projects and programs.
Administers and assigns resources associated with the department programs and projects.
Manages a comprehensive and efficient process to establish priorities for assigned programs/projects by conducting priority setting sessions and informing all parties of established priorities, ensuring fair and complete consideration of the views of all end users, development support groups and management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, engineering, operations management or related field or six (6) years directly related experience in operations.
- Experience in project/process/program management discipline required.
- Strong basic management, human relations, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Â
