 What You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Owning the entire front-of-house operation for your clinic
  • Verifying insurance benefits and authorizations accurately
  • Confidently explaining financial responsibility to patients
  • Scheduling patients strategically to support clinic efficiency
  • Managing patient flow, arrivals, and communication
  • Identifying errors, trends, or issues before they become problems
  • Collaborating with providers and leadership to keep the clinic running smoothly
