To-Go attendants are 100% responsible for the take-out area and all take-out orders when working. Responsibilities

- Have knowledge of the menu and ensure an exceptional experience for every Guest
- Answering phones with a proper greeting before the third ring and assisting guests with placing To-Go ordersÂ
- Â Enter orders in proper sequence
- Must maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended periodÂ
- Can accurately handle money, make changes, and process credit card transactions
- Operate and participate effectively in a team environment
- Smiling and greeting guests as they come in or if the order is curbside
- Sweeping and mopping when necessaryÂ
- Contacting a manager immediately if there is a problem with a customer's food or overall experienceÂ
- Maintaining cleanliness of the take-out area
- Being able to do to-go check out and count down a drawer
- Ensuring excellent food quality by checking all take-out orders before they leave the buildingÂ
- Completing daily side work dutiesÂ
Qualifications
- Â Good communication skills
- Â Able to operate POS system for transactions
- Fast-paced mobility to and from guest cars for periods up to 8 hours
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
- Â Previous host/hostess experience in a restaurant is a plus
