• Active Esthetics or Cosmetology license (required) 

• Passion for guest experience and pride in your craft 

• Sales-focused mindset with confidence recommending products

Compensation & Growth 

• $11–$15 per hour base pay + tips + commissions + performance-based bonuses 

• Top performers can earn $18–$30+ per hour with tips and commissions
