As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will impact the success of Solstice Advanced Materials by driving production performance, enhancing team capabilities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will report directly to our Production Planning Manager, and you’ll work out of our Colonial Heights, VA location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Lead and mentor production team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.
