We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) to join our integrated team and provide comprehensive psychological services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and consultation. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide psychological evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for individuals, families, and groups
• Administer and interpret psychological assessments and tests, including intelligence and personality measures
• Deliver evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and behavior modification
• Conduct crisis intervention and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical and behavioral health records
• Participate in clinician meetings, educational programs, and professional development workshops
• Supervise students in the Clinical Training Program when assigned
• May contribute to clinical research initiatives or special community assignments


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

• Expertise in psychological assessment instruments and therapeutic modalities
• Knowledge of abnormal, developmental, personality, and social psychology
• Ability to observe, assess, and document client symptoms and progress
• Strong communication skills to explain assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Ability to manage confidential information and exercise independent judgment
• Competence in crisis intervention, case management, and treatment modification
• Professional maturity and emotional stability to handle clinical stressors
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and community initiatives


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited university with completion of an accredited internship
• Active, unrestricted license to practice Clinical Psychology in the Commonwealth of Virginia

• Active clinical experience, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and record-keeping
• Professional liability insurance
• Successful completion of required background checks and drug screening


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience conducting psychological testing and evaluations for childhood autism spectrum disorders
• Experience with children, adolescents, or families
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and play therapy
• Experience with trauma-related assessments and interventions
• Interest in serving diverse populations across cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
