What You'll Do As an Order Puller, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the right products on time. Your responsibilities will include: Pulling lumber and millwork orders using an RF scanner Measuring products in linear feet and verifying quantities Labeling and staging completed orders for shipment Building safe, organized, and secure pallets for transport Operating a Novo tugger after completing required training Communicating inventory discrepancies or product concerns to supervisors Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Supporting warehouse operations as needed #novoeg Qualifications a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } What We're Looking For Required Qualifications At least 18 years old Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy materials throughout the shift Basic math and problem-solving skills Ability to read and follow written procedures and instructions Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed Ability to work effectively as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment Familiarity with lumber, millwork, or building products High School Diploma or GED Physical Requirements This is an active role that requires: Standing for the majority of the shift Frequent handling, gripping, and moving materials Reaching, walking, and repetitive motion Lifting up to 50 pounds independently Lifting 75-100 pounds with assistance Working in a warehouse environment exposed to seasonal temperatures and wood dust Why Join Novo Building Products?
