As a Sr Finance Analyst here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will Manage and assist Plant Controller with forecasting and analysis, financial closing, reporting, and inventory management activities across multiple locations. This position is critical for ensuring that internal controls are in place and adhered to, while providing invaluable financial insights to drive operational efficiency.

In this role, you'll be a key influencer in shaping the financial success of Solstice. You will drive financial strategies, provide insightful guidance, and ensure operational excellence. Your work will directly impact our growth, profitability, and long-term financial health.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute comprehensive month-end closing responsibilities, ensuring all monthly transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Perform ongoing analyses of financial results, presenting findings in a clear and insightful manner.
  • Lead the coordination and reconciliation of physical inventories, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Maintain and enhance robust internal control processes and educate team members through finance learning series to strengthen financial acumen across the site.
  • Identify and implement financial process improvements and cost savings opportunities.
  • Engage in special projects and perform ad hoc analyses as required; demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet organizational needs.
