Job Summary

We are seeking a Service Porter to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations in the service department. The Service Porter will greet customers, assist with vehicle check-in, move vehicles through the car wash, and maintain an organized parking lot. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and assist with service lane check-in.
• Move vehicles to designated areas and through the car wash.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and service area.
• Assist service advisors and technicians as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and dealership standards.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and take direction from multiple sources.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs for short periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Certifications & Licenses

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
