SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

 

Your Goal: To maintain and promote hospitality at all times by welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Greets guests in person as well as via telephone in a friendly manner
  • Responsible for check in and check out services to hotel guests
  • Ensures that charges are accurately posted to guest rooms, credit cards are verified, and assigned bank (cash drawer) balances at the end of the shift
  • Responsible for maintaining guest privacy with respect to credit card and guest room number privacy
  • Timely resolve to guest issues, questions, or concerns
  • Maintains a professional appearance
  • Other duties may be assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to be flexible with your schedule.
  • Available to work day shift hours, include evenings, weekends, and holidays, on-call, overtime, and rotating weekends.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • High school degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three months to one year related experience required
  • Entire shift is spent at front desk standing for long periods, or occasionally sitting
  • Answer telephones and computer work for duration of shift
  • Ability lift, carry, walk, sit, push and pull and be able to lift at least 50 pounds
