  • Stay curious and engaged with new automation technologies, tools, and methods as part of your professional development.

What We Seek

  • Associate degree or  technical certificate in Automation, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Controls, or a related field.

  • 1–3  years of experience in automation, controls, or industrial maintenance (internships, co-ops, or school projects count).

  • Exposure to manufacturing environments or hands-on lab experience with automation equipment.

  • Willingness to travel for training and vendor visits.

  • Interest in learning how to work with equipment vendors and participate in equipment acceptance processes.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have

  • A strong desire to learn and grow in automation and controls.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to problem-solving efforts.

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, safety practices, and equipment operation.
