Advanta Autism Care is a growing ABA provider serving children and families across the Colorado Front Range, including Denver Metro, Colorado Springs, Boulder, Fort Collins, Loveland, and surrounding communities. We provide compassionate, high quality in home, in school, and community based ABA services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs, with a strong focus on collaboration, clinical quality, and meaningful progress.

We are currently hiring a part time BCBA to support clients in the Aurora and greater Denver Metro area. This role includes a combination of in home, community based, and telehealth supervision when clinically appropriate. We offer flexible scheduling and work collaboratively with our clinicians to build schedules that support both client needs and work life balance. Caseloads are intentionally kept manageable to support quality care, meaningful supervision, and sustainable clinical work.

We are seeking a BCBA who is collaborative, clinically driven, and passionate about providing quality care within a growing team environment.

What You’ll Do:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs and behavior technicians
• Lead parent training and collaborate with caregivers to support consistency across environments
• Review client progress and make data based treatment decisions
• Maintain documentation that meets BACB, HIPAA, and Colorado Medicaid standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers and community supports when appropriate
• Participate in ongoing clinical collaboration and team communication

What We’re Looking For:
• Active BCBA certification through the BACB
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision making skills
• Comfortable working in home and community settings
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred
• New BCBAs are welcome to apply. Mentorship and support are available.
