We hope you will consider joining us as an employee owner.   Summary: Oversees the integrity of all medical related aspects of the assigned ILC caseload of individual supported including medications, appointments, pharmacy relations, and quality reviews for all individuals ILC supports by performing the following duties.    Essential Functions & Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):  Schedules and tracks medical appointments.  Maintains appointments, inputs caseloads, responds to SComms, and other maintenance as needed in Therap.*  Serves as contact and advisor to all managers and ILC employees.  Acts as liaison between Doctor offices, pharmacies, and nurses.  Maintains all confidential records.  Routes all Physician contact forms for individuals ILC supports.  Serves on Welcoming Committee   Conducts Medication and Confidential Book reviews for all individuals ILC supports.  Conducts and leads Medication Aide Training.  Sets-up new individuals with books, medications, etc.  Performs all other duties as assigned   QualificationsQualifications:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.    Education, Knowledge, and Skills Required or Preferred:  Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school  Two to four years related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience    Certificates and Licenses:  Valid driver's license  Successful completion of all ILC training requirements upon hire      Computer Skills:   To perform this job successfully, an individual should know email software, word processing software; spreadsheet software, payroll systems, and Therap software.       Language Ability:  Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.    Math Ability:  Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.    Reasoning Ability:  Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
