CLIENT SERVICES LIAISON

The Client Services Liaison is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Electronic Monitoring Services (EMS) and Options programs. This position schedules and conducts client intakes and ongoing program services. The Client Services Liaison maintains ongoing communication with courts and sentencing authorities regarding client program status. This position is responsible for the maintenance of equipment inventory and the billing and collection of client program and service fees. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for equipment assignments and inventory control, including replacement of faulty equipment and ordering of new equipment as necessary. Accurately tracks movement of equipment on a daily basis.
  • Schedules client intakes. Conducts intake paperwork for new clients, informs clients of program policies and procedures.
  • Meets with clients and monitors progress in the program to ensure compliance with program conditions. Addresses client infractions and ensures enforcement of appropriate consequences.  
  • Provides professional, ongoing communication with courts and sentencing authorities regarding client progress. 
  • Maintains accurate and timely client records in a variety of locations and formats.
  • Performs regular audits to monitor client program compliance. 
  • Creates and monitors randomized client urinalysis testing.
  • Observes the collection of client urine specimens for analysis. Performs alcohol breath tests.
  • Responsible for the collection, billing and tracking of client program and service fees.
  • Provides Urinalysis Technician(Colorado Health Services)and Corrections security support as needed.
  • Promotes and demonstrates the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Embrave.
  • Develops and maintains good working relationships with all departments, the management team, regulatory agencies, and community partners.

  • Responsible for the human, financial, and material resources as well as data and information entrusted to us.
  • Performs other job-related duties as required.

EDUCATION/ WORK EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or equivalent education required. Two years of work experience in correctional, social services and/or other job-related experience is required.
