CLIENT SUPPORT SUPERVISOR

The Client Support Supervisor monitors and supervises the overall residential population and activities on their assigned shift. Oversees inspections, security functions, client drug screening programs, and compliance with contractual/agency expectations and requirements. Reviews and/or prepares incidents (as required) and occurrence reports. Serves as a lead on their assigned shift and act as a liaison between client support manager and client support specialists assigned to their shift.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promotes and demonstrates the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Embrave.
  • Develops and maintains good working relationships with all departments, the management team, regulatory agencies and community partners.
  • Embraces cultural diversity amongst ourselves and our community.
  • Responsible for the human, financial, and material resources as well as data and information entrusted to us.
  • Responsible for ensuring completion of Client Support Specialist duties including, but not limited to: in-processing, collection of client urine specimen for analysis, alco-sensor test, client and facility searches and reviews and/or writing Minor, Major, and Critical incident reports.
  • Serves as a liaison between Client Support Specialists and Client Support Manager.
  • Responsible for onsite supervision of Client Support Specialists. 
  • Monitor compliance with training requirements and provide insight into client specialist training needs (group and/or individual).
  • Monitor and prepare statistical analyses of breathalyzer, urinalysis, and compliance issues. 
  • Monitor the procurement, storage and utilization of supplies and equipment and reports shift/facility needs to the Correctional Supervisor. 
  • Oversee the application and enforcement of Embrave policies and procedures.  
  • Report maintenance and repair needs for the facility to the maintenance department with Care Manager and are included in the reporting of identified maintenance needs. 
  • Prepare incident and occurrence reports as needed and reviews incident and occurrence reports generated during their assigned shift to ensure reports are detailed and comprehensive.
  • Conducts administrative hearings.
  • Coordinates extra duty programs.

EDUCATION/ WORK EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
