What We're Looking For:

  • Treatment Coordination Experience: Proven experience presenting and managing complex dental treatment plans, particularly in dental implants, full-mouth restorations, bone grafts, crowns, bridges, and clear aligners.

  • Financial Solutions Expertise: Proficiency in presenting financial options, assisting patients with third-party financing (such as CareCredit), and navigating insurance benefits to make care accessible.

  • Master Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills to clearly and compassionately explain treatment steps, answer clinical questions, and address patient concerns.

  • Organization & Efficiency: Excellent organizational skills to manage complex multi-step scheduling and coordinate seamless patient handoffs with our clinical team.

  • Patient-Centric Approach: A warm, empathetic, and professional demeanor that helps ease dental anxiety and ensures every patient feels valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and explain detailed treatment plans for comprehensive general and high-value surgical procedures (e.g., dental implants, full-arch restorations).

  • Guide patients through payment plans, financing options, and scheduling to finalize treatment agreements.

  • Coordinate scheduling for multi-phase dental procedures to optimize office flow and doctor productivity.

  • Maintain clear communication between the front office, clinical staff, and doctors to support smooth daily operations.

  • Provide exceptional customer service from initial consultation through post-treatment follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or senior front-office team member in a dental practice.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of dental terminology, surgical procedures (implants/bone grafts), and dental insurance/financing.

  • Software: Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental).

  • Skills: Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and top-tier communication skills.

  • Location: 1705 N Weber St, Colorado Springs, CO 80907

  • Hours:

    • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    • Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

    • Weekends Closed!
