House Manager – RevivalRecovery LLC

Position Type: Full‑time, Live‑In Compensation: Rent‑free housing + weekly QMAP pay Location: Colorado Springs, CO


Position Summary

The House Manager is responsible for maintaining the daily structure, safety, and cleanliness of the recovery home while supporting residents with grace, firmness, and consistent leadership. This role requires living on‑site, conducting required accountability checks, enforcing house rules, and ensuring the home environment reflects stability, respect, and recovery‑focused values. A current QMAP certification is required for medication administration duties.


Key Responsibilities

  • Live on‑site as the primary support and leadership presence in the home.
  • Conduct UA’s twice per week for all residents according to program policy.
  • Perform BA’s daily and document results accurately.
  • Complete daily chore checks to ensure all assigned tasks are finished and the home remains clean, orderly, and safe.
  • Maintain structure and enforce house rules with a balance of grace, fairness, and assertiveness.
  • Provide leadership and positive role‑modeling for residents in recovery.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and leadership regarding incidents, concerns, or needs.
  • Administer medications in accordance with QMAP standards and maintain proper documentation.
  • Report any violations, safety issues, or emergencies immediately to program leadership.
  • Support a culture of accountability, respect, and recovery‑focused living.

Required Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid QMAP certification (Qualified Medication Administration Personnel).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, correct, and support residents.
  • Effective communication skills—clear, calm, and professional.
  • Ability to enforce rules consistently while maintaining compassion and respect.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to maintain structure in a group‑living environment.
  • Basic documentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to pass background checks and meet program compliance requirements.
