What You’ll Do 

As an HVAC Lead Installation Technician, you will provide customer service which results in repeat business when going into our clients' homes and replacing residential forced air systems, A/C systems, and high-efficiency furnaces (retrofit) according to PPRBD specifications.  

Basic Requirements (Required Skills/ Experience): 

• 1+ year experience as an HVAC Lead Installation Technician   
• Ability to obtain EPA and Mech 4 with in 90 days for start date  
• Valid driver's license   
• A clean driving record   
• Able to pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with installing HVAC systems (lift up to 50 lbs)  
• Adaptability to constantly changing business needs and additional responsibilities

Compensation: Average $70/hour- $90/hour: Plus, a $7,000-hiring bonus (ask for details)

Compensation based on performance measured in metrics on monthly scorecards
