Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Remote Itinerary Planning Specialist to assist clients in crafting, organizing, and booking personalized travel experiences. The ideal candidate will manage complex travel logistics, communicate with suppliers, and ensure smooth, memorable trips, often working within a remote and flexible structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed, tailored travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and goals.
  • Support or manage travel reservations, including flights, hotels, transportation, and excursions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for trip planning, providing timely updates, and offering support before and during trips.
  • Create and manage documents, including itineraries, confirmation vouchers, and necessary travel paperwork.
  • Resolve any booking issues, delays, or emergencies promptly.

Required Skills 

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to stay on top of tasks

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Basic tech skills (email, apps, online systems)

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
