Spartan Marketing Group is a growing marketing agency focused on helping businesses build their brand, reach more customers, and stay visible in competitive markets. We are currently seeking a Marketing Associate to support day-to-day marketing services for our internal and external clients. This is an entry-level position designed for someone eager to gain exposure to multiple areas of agency marketing and develop into a versatile, well-rounded marketing professional. The ideal candidate is someone that is organized, eager to learn, and comfortable supporting a variety of marketing projects.

Responsibilities Include:

Manage website updates and basic content changes
Write and format blog posts
Assist with light graphic design and creative updates
Pull reports and help organize marketing performance data
Assist with campaign setup and general marketing support tasks
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Basic experience with Squarespace or other website platforms preferred
Familiarity with Canva, Affinity, or similar design software preferred
Writing, blogging, or social media experience preferred
Internship, school, freelance, or entry-level marketing experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
