What Your Day Looks Like  

Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one- to- one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week, and built in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.  Teammates can expect to supervise and support 2+ COTAs and a 70% productivity expectation. 

 

What We're Offering  

Compensation options  

Salary ($90,000–$112,000) or pay-per-billed-hour $70 to $86.40/billed hour, $90 per evaluation, $35 to $36/meeting hour). We'll walk through the models and let you choose. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.

What You Need  

  • Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy 
  • NBCOT certification in good standing
