MISSION: Improving lives, Optimizing wellness, Promoting independence COMPETENCIES: Technical Expertise Problem Solving Teamwork Effective Communication Results Oriented Personal Credibility Quality Focus People Focus Flexibility RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Performs data entry and processes orders in Procurement software system to include following orders from placement to delivery Researches requested items and effectively communicates with customer to determine ordering of correct supplies Adheres to established deadlines when fulfilling procurement requests Interacts with vendors to place orders and obtain necessary documentation for accounting. Takes care to ensure order accuracy prior to placing order with vendor Checks in received items to include verification products and quantities received are as ordered Accurately sorts, repacks and labels orders for distribution to facilities and customers Scans receipts and other documentation and appropriately files them for Manager approval. Accurately codes receipts for proper accounting. Maintains digital filing system in accordance with supervisor’s requirements Delivers supplies, interoffice mail, meals, DME and other items as directed; shops and picks up supplies as required Serves as back up to Procurement Driver; drives vehicles in a safe and responsible manner utilizing defensive driving skills and in adherence to company policies and procedures, following assigned routes; maintains safety and cleanliness of vehicle and coordinates scheduling of vehicle maintenance with Transportation Manager when necessary Stocks and inventories warehouse and other storage locations and maintains organization of these areas Follows security procedures in inventory control areas and dock area Assists with DME equipment assembly, cleaning and repair as requested Assists Manager and staff with compliance of federal, state, and local regulations and standards Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum High School Education or GED equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age or older Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate the ability to interact clearly and effectively with both internal and external customers Must have a current Colorado Drivers License and driving record must comply with Company policy.
