Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)

Location: Colorado
Employment Type: Full-Time | Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually + Comprehensive Benefits

We are hiring a licensed LPC, LCSW, or LMFT to provide mental health services to clients throughout Colorado. The therapist will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual therapy, and use appropriate clinical approaches based on each client’s needs.

This is a fully remote position with a consistent weekday schedule and opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide individual therapy through a remote setting
  • Select therapeutic interventions based on client needs and treatment goals
  • Use appropriate behavioral and evidence-based techniques
  • Monitor client response to treatment and make adjustments when needed
  • Maintain accurate and organized clinical records
  • Complete required professional training and continuing education
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • At least two years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong ability to connect and communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of electronic medical record systems is a plus.
