L3Harris is seeking a dynamic Project Engineer who will provide technical leadership. Under general direction, the Project Engineer will be responsible for implementing design and analysis tasks, overseeing special studies, and coordinating testing activities. Â

Essential Functions:Â
Â
- Provide imaginative, thorough, and practicable solutions to a wide range of technical problems involving the conventional utilization of engineering techniquesÂ
- Read, interpret, and write specifications and technical documentsÂ
- Prepare technical and design requirements in support of project goalsÂ
- Keep current in relevant technologies and methods in support of project assignmentsÂ
- Provide direction in problem investigations and resolution across functional areasÂ
- Understand and/or leads Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processÂ
- Review and approve engineering drawings

Qualifications:Â
Â
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.Â

Preferred Additional Skills: Â
Â
- Experience as an Integrated Product Team Leader (IPTL) and/or Control Account Manager (CAM)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software Â
- Energetic design/manufacturing experience is desiredÂ
- Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with technical and non-technical professionals at all levelsÂ
- Ability to establish and maintain priorities in a dynamic environmentÂ
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Strong ethical judgment

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state is $110,500-$205,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
