We're looking for an HR professional who can own and run the programs that keep Destination Pet's people strategy on track — our annual performance management cycle, compensation governance, enterprise talent programs, and the analytics that give leadership visibility into how our organization is doing. Some of what you'll administer already exists and runs on a fixed annual rhythm; some you'll help build, refine, or launch as our priorities evolve. This is a hands-on ownership role, not a pure coordination role: you'll partner directly with executive leadership, the Operations team, and business leaders across the company to administer critical programs and shape how they work. Real HR program experience — not just project-coordination experience — matters here.
