Your duties and responsibilities:

Building and maintaining client relationships
Managing tax services with numerous engagements running simultaneously
Client billing
Develop, coach and supervise team members
Participate in firm growth and management
Seek opportunities to expand learning
Project management
Business development
Other duties as required

Location/Flex options

Opportunity to work from Colorado Springs or Denver
Some travel may be required with occasional work from home options
Expected 40 hours per week with flexible start times

To be a successful candidate, you will have:

Certified Public Accountant required.
Minimum 5 – 10 years related experience.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated aptitude building client relationships and leadership ability
Working knowledge of tax software and Microsoft Office programs

The annual base salary range for this role is $100,000-$150,000. This range includes the anticipated low and high end the salary range for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on various factors, including experience, education and/or skill level.
