Position Title: Bootfitter

Department: Teton Village Sports Retail – Teton Village, WY

Classification: Winter Seasonal, Full-Time/Part-Time

Job Duties

• Provide exceptional boot fitting services, including custom footbed fabrication methods, boot shell modifications, liner modifications, and stance alignment knowledge.
• Develop successful sales techniques and provide exceptional customer service. 
• Work with the supervisor to maintain store presentation standards. 
• Conscientious inventory control.
• Merchandise new product, restock current merchandise.
• Handle customer returns, vendor warranties, and damaged merchandise.

Are you the right fit? Below are some traits an exemplary candidate possesses. 

• Previous bootfitting experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of boot fit techniques, the ski/snowboard industry and the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
• Overall knowledge of retail operations, preferably in the outdoor industry.  
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with stakeholders from other facets of the business.  
• Excellent customer service skills.
