Position Title: Support Staff

Department: Food & Beverage

Classification: Winter Seasonal, Full Time/Part Time

Locations: Casual and Fine Dining Locations – Tram Dock, Piste Mountain Bistro, and Trapper’s Restaurant

Job Duties

• Helps servers when needed
• Takes dirty dishes to dishwasher
• Sets tables
• Refills drinks and assists waiting staff
• Communicates with customers 
• Serves food and drinks when needed
• Communicates with Chefs
• Assists with EXPO
• Communicates with line cooks 
• Reads tickets when needed
• Runs food
• Guest conflict resolution
