Position Title: Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator, Performance Marketing & Profit Centers serves as the primary marketing point of contact and marketing-project manager for Jackson Hole Mountain Resort's revenue-generating business units, including F&B, Retail & Rental, and Mountain Sports School; identifies new opportunities to grow Profit Center guest engagement and sales through innovative marketing initiatives; and is responsible for executing, optimizing and reporting on paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and other third-party platforms.

 

 

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary marketing relationship older for each Profit Center; build trusted partnerships with business leaders to understand priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Work with Profit Center stakeholders, continually identify opportunities to increase awareness, guest engagement, and revenue throughout the guest journey.
  • Develop new marketing concepts, campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and guest experiences that support Profit Center growth, in line with seasonal business goals
  • Manage Profit Center marketing requests and delegation to marketing team specialists—including creative, digital, CRM, paid media, content, web, and communications—coordinating project timelines, prioritization, and delivery 
  • Coordinate logistics for Profit Center photo and video shoots, ensuring locations, stakeholders, products, and operations are prepared to support high-quality content production.
  • Ensure all Profit Center marketing assets, promotions, pricing, offers, operating hours, and digital content remain accurate and current.
  • Plan in close coordination with Brand Director, then execute, optimize, and report on paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and other third-party platforms.
  • Manage campaign budgets, targeting, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Work with third-party paid media agencies and vendors where appropriate, ensuring campaigns align with business objectives and performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and content teams to develop effective advertising assets.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and industry best practices.
  • Foster collaborative working relationships between marketing and all business departments.
  • Support department-wide marketing initiatives, including events and partnerships, as needed.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and annual marketing planning.
  • Maintain a guest-first mindset in all marketing activities.

  • Experience with digital advertising platforms including Meta and Google Ads.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • 2 years of coordinator-level marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience coordinating integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
  • Experience working within hospitality, tourism, destination marketing, retail, or related industries preferred.
  • Experience with or ability to learn:
  • Monday.com (or comparable project management platforms)
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Yelp, TripAdvisor & other similar third-party platforms
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Microsoft Office
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign preferred)
