Position Title: Retail Distribution Center Fulfillment Lead

Department: Retail Overhead

Classification: Winter Seasonal, Full-Time

This position starts on October 1st!

Job Duties

Assist Distribution Center (DC) General Manager and Fulfillment Manager in all aspects of product management throughout DC Fulfillment department; organize and backstock all fulfillment product warehoused at DC; collaborate with DC team members to complete prioritized responsibilities.

• Assist Fulfillment Manager with intake and organization of all warehouse inventory product
• Prepare, organize and edit daily restocks for scheduled locations
• Supervise seasonal staff in accurately pulling and transferring restock product to correct locations. 
• Assist Fulfillment Manager with inventory location scans and updates 
• Assist General Manager and Fulfillment Manager in researching and correcting inventory discrepancies throughout Retail Department
• Assist General Manager and Fulfillment Manager in planning and preparing for biannual Retail Department Inventory audit
• Execute daily organization and cleaning checklist.

• Basic knowledge of the ski/snowboard industry and the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort

• Comfortable working outdoors in any conditions.
• Willing to obtain heavy machinery certifications.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Computer competency.
• Retail experience preferred.
