Position Title: Ski School Sales Reservationist 

Department: Mountain Sports School Sales

Classification: Winter Seasonal, Full-Time/Part-Time

Job Duties

• Provide the highest level of service for our customers.
• Through active participation in training, gain a thorough knowledge of the Resort POS Sales System.
• Provide guests with product information and assist customers in selecting the product(s) best suited to their needs and goals.
• Understand all aspects of the Mountain Sports School Operation including booking procedures for private lessons and Childcare, and on-mountain procedures.
• Understand the unique aspects of each sales location: Bridger Activities Desk, Kids Ranch, Jackson Hole Sports, and Four Seasons.
• Maintain up-to-date information on availability and book lessons accordingly.
• Assure proper cash handling and charge procedures.
• Assist in other aspects of the Mountain Sports School Operation as needed.
• Ensure that all liability release forms and other paperwork are accurately signed and filed.
• Maintain high standards regarding policies and procedures of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
• Maintain a neat, clean and safe work area and building.
• Provide general information regarding other areas of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort Operation.
