Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field:
- Licensed or provisionally licensed: LPC,LCSW, LAC, LSW (Supervision is included if needed)
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
- Willingness to work with children and couples
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
