Requirements
What It Takes — Suit Up Requirements
- Ready to jump into hands-on, general labor work in a production environment
- Strong enough to lift up to 75 lbs
- Able to stay on your feet and keep moving through the shift
- Skilled at handling the full mission: hang parts, spray with precision, unload, and stack
- A sharp eye for detail to ensure smooth, even coverage every time
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven shop
- Previous paint or powder coat experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right recruit
- Dependable, focused, and ready to bring your best every day
