We’re currently looking for a Tire Sales and Service Representative to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. What You’ll Do:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers by providing tire products and service solutions that meet their business needs
Generate new business while growing existing customer accounts
Sell commercial tires, retread products, preventive maintenance programs, and related services
Personally perform commercial tire service, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, rotating, repairing, and replacing tires on customer vehicles and equipment
Perform on-site service calls and respond to customer needs in a safe, professional, and timely manner
Inspect tires, identify maintenance concerns, and recommend products and services that improve tire performance and reduce operating costs
Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and customer information
Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Pomp's in a professional manner
Assist with store operations and other duties as assigned

What You Need:

Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in commercial tire service required; commercial tire sales experience preferred
Ability to safely service commercial tires using industry-standard tools and equipment
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 75 pounds occasionally
