The Marketing Coordinator for Glacier Park Collection will support the GPC & larger Pursuit marketing teams in the coordination of marketing activities that will drive visitation and revenue growth at GPC. The position is based in Columbia Falls, Montana and reports directly to the Manager, Marketing Brand & Experience/ Glacier Park Collection. Â

What will you do in this job?:General Tasks:Â
- Support the Manager, Marketing in Glacier Park Collection, and the larger Pursuit marketing team, ensuring each line of business within GPC achieves their revenue targets.Â
- Support the digital team in collecting and generating content for the GPC website and other digital communications (as directed)Â
- Help manage the storage of marketing assets including images, electronic files and creative archive library within our digital asset management system.Â
- Support the Manager, Marketing in Glacier Park Collection in all other tasks as assigned, i.e. placing local advertising, executing on affiliate marketing initiatives, managing small creative projects, supporting business month-end administrative tasks, organizing asana and the marketing forms etc.Â
- Support the social media and content marketing teams by collecting content in the form of photo and video, as well as identify new content opportunities and respond to guest feedback on social ads/posts.Â
- Assist with the implementation of media and influencer marketing visits. This may include on-site hosting, as required.Â
- Execution of seasonal readiness, updated go-to-market plans and promotional events with a focus on priority businesses, new activations and guest journey touchpoints in GPC. ​Â
- Alignment with GPC LOB/SLT counterparts in revenue team and operations​Â
- On-the-ground Marketing contact for collaborators​Â
- Establish process for seasonal accuracy monitoring and updating​Â
- Ownership and executor of Pursuit Marketing inboxÂ
- Management of Asana marketing request form process and inboxÂ
- Support larger marketing team with in-destination projects for GPC (FAMs, photoshoots, content collection, etc)​Â
- Executor and primary contact for GPC affiliate sales team​Â
SELECTION CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONSÂ
Â
- 1 year marketing experience Â
- Excellent written communication and creative writing skillsÂ
- University degree or college diploma in Marketing, Communication, Tourism or Graphic Design an assetÂ
- Competent with social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Youtube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok etc. Â
- Familiar with website CMS systemsÂ
- Competent with Microsoft Office (ie. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)Â
- Graphic design skills an asset Â
- Basic understanding of Adobe CS an assetÂ
- Should have good brand representation judgementÂ
- Experience with photography and videography an assetÂ
- Desire to work in a fast-paced organizationÂ
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends Â
- Ability to work as team but also on your ownÂ
- Valid Drivers’ LicenseÂ
- Valid Passport (can be obtained post-hire, but will be required)Â
