About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Laser Cosmetic Center as a Licensed Aesthetician in beautiful Kalispell, MT. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your skills will help enhance our clients' natural beauty.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, and microneedling.
Consult with clients to assess their skin care needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and adhere to safety protocols.
Stay updated on the latest aesthetic techniques and products to provide the best service.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
Assist in retail sales of skincare products to complement treatments.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Valid state license as an Aesthetician or Cosmetologist.
Proven experience in a clinical or spa setting preferred.
Strong knowledge of skin types, products, and treatment techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a passion for skincare and aesthetics.
Flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
