Position Summary:Â Â
To ensure inventory activities at the center meet the expectations of internal and external customers. Provides support to Receiving/Purchasing/Restaurants Services Departments.
Â
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:Â
- Coordinate product P.O.’s and all related activitiesÂ
- Complete all receiving tasksÂ
- Conduct inventory cycle counts: analyze inventory levels, production speed and product demand to determine reorder levels which will ensure product availability and minimize inventory costsÂ
- Vendor maintenance/Identify customer’s product needs and effectively communicate those needs to vendors/carriers/staff as neededÂ
- Maintain inventory turnsÂ
- Monitoring inventory of promotional productsÂ
- Perform restriction and saleable maintenance on products as neededÂ
- Assist with physical inventoriesÂ
- Provide assistance to the Restaurant Services Manager as needed
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience: Â
High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 0 to 1 plus years of related experienceÂ
