Summary: Accurately and systematically list and sell retail products online items while maintaining a consistent level of production that meets the goals and company objectives
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Timely answer guest emails/questions in a professional, courteous and respectful manner
- Testing/cleaning items to ensure accuracy to maximize profits
- Use multiple tools to determine the most accurate pricing of each item
- Remove all personal data off electronic items to maintain previous owner’s confidentially
- Research items to ascertain sale, value, model number and any other relevant information
- Photograph items with the highest possible image quality
- Describe the item condition both cosmetically and functionally
- Ensure sold items are shipped safely in one business day to reduce returns
- Pay close attention to detail and be organized
- Effectively communicate with team members/supervisors while maintaining a safe work environment
- Achieve daily and monthly web sales goals
- Other duties as assigned by management
$15.00 - $20.00 an hour
Requirements
Qualifications:
Formal Education and Experience Requirement (Must meet one or more of the following requirements):
- At least 2 years of retail experience
- Previous eBay/online listing experience
- High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge:
- Point of sales systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Physical Requirements:
- Stand or sit (stationary position) 20% of day

- Taste/smell (detect, distinguish, determine) 100% of day
- Pushing or pulling 20% of day
- Reaching 20% of day
- Repetitive Motion 60% of day
Lifting Requirements:
- Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects

Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
