Whether you come from a background in account management, digital marketing, performance marketing, or affiliate partnerships, you can be successful in this role. We don’t require a specific degree or experience, but we’re looking for translatable skills and relevant expertise. We will provide you with the training and development opportunities needed to build a career here!
About The Role:
As an MRC Platform Partner Manager, you’ll build, manage, and strengthen key partnerships across the Mortgage Research Center platform, including affiliate and vendor relationships. In this role, you’ll oversee technical setup and day-to-day workflows for assigned partners while keeping a long-term eye on trends, risks, and growth opportunities. You’ll also act as a proactive internal communicator, helping teams stay aligned on partner performance and upcoming changes. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys both relationship management and digging into performance data.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:
Serving as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned partner accounts, building strong relationships and leading account optimizations.
Tracking and reporting on partner campaign performance, identifying issues, uncovering insights, and recommending improvements based on data.
Proactively communicating performance updates, risks, and opportunities to internal stakeholders to keep everyone aligned.
Collaborating with Marketing, Product, and EL Ventures teams to apply best practices to both existing and new partner opportunities.
Partnering with Account Analysts to deliver automated and ad hoc performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting onboarding of new partners, including KPI setup, reporting standards, and assisting with billing or invoicing reconciliation when needed.
Participating in partner meetings and presentations. Occasional travel may be required.
Pitching in wherever needed to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
About You:
You bring strong customer service skills and know how to build and maintain professional relationships.
You thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoy balancing multiple priorities.
You’re comfortable working in a highly collaborative setting and communicating across teams.
You use data to guide decisions and feel confident analyzing performance metrics.
You have a high attention to detail and take pride in getting things right.
You communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal.
You have experience in marketing account management, ideally within online lead generation or digital advertising.
You’re comfortable working in a digital environment and learning new platforms and tools.
You have advanced Excel skills and feel confident manipulating and interpreting data.
You show up consistently and can be counted on to get the job done.
