Problem-Solve in Real Time: Address and de-escalate customer service issues, escalating to management when necessary to ensure resolution. Coordinate Installations: Schedule installation projects with precision and manage updates to support field offices effectively. Verify and Maintain Accuracy: Review field measurements and sold contracts, resolving discrepancies to ensure installations meet exact specifications.
