What You’ll Be Doing: • Lead daily Restaurant & Bar operations with energy and confidence • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service • Maintain a strong floor presence during key meal periods • Ensure brand, quality, and guest satisfaction standards are consistently met • Coordinate between kitchen and dining teams for smooth service flow • Monitor inventory, manage labor levels, and support cost-control goals • Conduct routine service and brand-standards audits • Support emergency procedures and uphold all hotel policies Ready to Lead With Us?
