The position offers dynamic, hands-on experience in special education settings, with opportunities for creative problem-solving and meaningful relationship-building. Shift-Mon-Fri 7am-3pm Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead Art and PE classes that inspire student engagement and achievement. Manage your dedicated classroom space with autonomy and adaptive scheduling based on program needs. Create personalized lesson plans using student assessments and data-driven approaches to maximize learning outcomes. Utilize advanced data collection systems to track student advancement and inform instructional decisions. Provide guidance and professional modeling for classroom assistants while maintaining high standards of practice.
