Pay: $19.00 - $20.50/hour   Why You'll Love It: Support just a few awesome clients in an ISL (Individualized Supported Living home) Be part of a small, supportive team Receive paid training and certifications (CPR, First Aid, Med Aide & more) What You'll Do: Help clients live independently by assisting with daily tasks like cooking and cleaning Provide medication reminders and administration (with paid Med Aide training!) Support clients at doctor’s appointments, errands, and community outings Encourage and participate in fun activities like game nights, crafts, video games, watching TV/movies, and outdoor walks Be a positive, reliable presence and build meaningful relationships Keep clear, simple documentation to track daily progress Promote safety, respect, and independence at all times Other duties as needed Perks & Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability Hospital Confinement & Indemnity Coverage Critical Illness Coverage 401(k) (available to full-time, part-time, and PRN staff!) Paid Life Insurance Paid Vacation & Bereavement Leave Supportive team and leadership Qualifications Must possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent.  Ability to pass a Family Care Safety Registry screening.  Ability to show strong work ethic, accept supervision and constructive feedback, as well as provide supervision and feedback.  Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility in scheduling. The needs of the individuals being served must be met at all times.  Interpersonal skills to engage in appropriate interaction with individuals served, team, and people in the community and/or other agencies and entities.  Ability to lift over 50 lbs and sit/stand for prolonged periods. Valid driving license and proof of personal automotive insurance if transporting individuals in personal vehicle.  Ability to complete all agency required training and certifications within 90 days of hire (CPR/First Aid certification, Level One Med Aid Certification, Abuse/Neglect training, etc.) as required by agency and DMH.
