Compensation: $150,000–$160,000 base salary + 15% bonus opportunity

As we continue to scale, we are investing in brand as a core growth lever. We are seeking a Director of Brand Marketing to build and lead a modern, multi-brand strategy that strengthens market differentiation, drives customer preference, and supports long-term value creation.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a strategic builder—someone who can translate enterprise vision into localized execution while delivering measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do
Brand Strategy & Architecture
- Define and steward a scalable brand architecture across a portfolio of local operating companies.
- Develop differentiated positioning and messaging that stands apart in highly competitive, service-driven markets.
- Lead annual brand planning aligned to revenue growth, customer acquisition efficiency, and long-term equity development.
Local Market Activation
- Translate enterprise strategy into locally relevant campaigns that resonate within each community.
- Partner with Branch Managers and regional leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution in-market.
- Enable local teams with tools, training, and creative assets that elevate the customer experience.
Media & Investment Oversight
- Guide brand-focused media strategy across broadcast, OTT, radio, outdoor, sponsorships, and emerging channels.
- Collaborate with agency partners to implement testing frameworks and media mix modeling to optimize spend.
- Ensure brand investment drives measurable outcomes including awareness, branded demand, and share of voice.
Creative Leadership & Content Systems
- Lead development of compelling creative that builds trust, emotional connection, and brand recognition.
- Establish scalable creative systems and asset libraries to support multiple brands and markets efficiently.
- Manage internal and external creative resources to deliver quality work with speed and consistency.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Work closely with performance marketing, CRM, operations, and call center teams to align brand and demand generation.
- Support recruiting and employer branding initiatives to help attract skilled trades talent.
- Present brand strategy and performance insights to executive leadership and private equity stakeholders.

What You Bring
- 8–12+ years of brand leadership experience, ideally in multi-location, franchise, retail, or service-based environments.
- Demonstrated success building brand systems across diverse geographic markets.
- Experience integrating brand strategy with data-driven performance outcomes.
- Strong analytical orientation with understanding of CAC, LTV, and growth economics.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders—from field leadership to executive teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced marketing training preferred.
