Join our Management Team as a Director of Clinical Services (RN)


Lead Clinical Excellence Across Our Communities

We are seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Services (RN) to provide strategic and operational leadership for clinical services across multiple communities. This role partners with the community Executive Director, Healthcare Administrator, Director of Nursing, Director of Memory Care, Director of Residential, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and clinical excellence.


Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and support clinical operations across multiple locations.
  • Mentor and coach clinical leadership teams.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives, audits, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure regulatory readiness, survey success, and ongoing compliance.
  • Oversee clinical reimbursement processes, including MDS, PDPM, and ADRs.
  • Promote QAPI initiatives and improve resident care outcomes.
  • Provide education, training, and leadership development for clinical staff.
  • Collaborate with organizational leaders to support strategic goals and operational success.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Minimum 5 years of healthcare or long-term care leadership experience
  • Experience with MDS processes
  • Strong knowledge of clinical operations, regulations, and reimbursement systems
  • Proficiency with EHRs and Microsoft Office Products
  • Ability to travel regularly between community sites

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Multi-site clinical operations experience
  • RAC-CT and/or QCP Certified
