Schedule and coordinate medical appointments, follow-up care, and transportation to healthcare providers. Collaborate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and other providers to ensure continuity of care and medication management.  Maintain clinic documentation and healthcare records in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.   Ready to Apply?We prefer candidates with Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) and experience in healthcare, medical office support, or care coordination, but we're willing to train the right person who shows genuine interest and dedication. What we need from you: Valid driver's license required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Able to pass drug screen and background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions). Medical Assistant certification preferred.
