Job DetailsJob Location: Columbia, TN 38401Education Level: High School Diploma or equivalentSalary Range: $20.34 - $20.34 HourlyJob Shift: Weekdays 2nd shiftProvide direct care and behavioral support to students with developmental disabilities.  Schedule-Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm Key Responsibilities: Implement and document behavior support plans and student goals. Observe, redirect, and respond appropriately to challenging behaviors. Build positive relationships while promoting independence and skill development. Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate behavior-related concerns to supervisors. Support a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for all students. What we need from you: Valid driver's license required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Able to pass drug screen and background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions). At least 2 years of experience managing challenging behaviors preferred. RBT certification preferred. Dependable- a consistent routine is important for our clients. Willing to complete TB skin test and work physical upon hire.
