In this role, you'll help maintain the beauty and cleanliness of our community while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve every day.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily floor care including sweeping, mopping, buffing, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing.
  • Clean and maintain hallways, common areas, resident rooms, and public spaces.
  • Shampoo carpets and operate floor care equipment safely.
  • Collect trash and recycling throughout the facility.
  • Restock housekeeping and cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Follow infection prevention and safety procedures.
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
  • Work as part of the Environmental Services team to provide an exceptional resident experience.

Qualifications

 

Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation.
